Namaste! My name is Lara. I have been immersed in Hatha Yoga for 20 years, with 10 of those years dedicated to teaching. My journey took me to India and Sri Lanka, where I studied and deepened my practice. Embracing asanas and pranayama profoundly transformed my life. For the past 8 years, I have been living in Montenegro.
